MECHANISM OF ACTION

  • BEFORE ENTERING THE ORGANISM

A combination of salts of propionic acid fight very effectively against fungi.

  • WITHIN THE ORGANISM

The combination of the salts of propionic acid + sepiolite + bentonite + cell walls of yeasts cause a synergistic effect that act effectively against aflatoxins, trichothecenes (T-2 toxin and deoxynivalenol), fumonisins, zearalenone, ochratoxins and citrinin.

  • Powerful mycotoxin binder in the body

Micotox is a combination of inorganic adsorbent, (sepiolite + montmorillonite) and organic adsorbents (yeast cell walls) that act on the mycotoxin both by entrapment by electrical charges and by specific physical bonds.

  • Powerful antifungal effect

Micotox incorporates a combination of salts derived from propionic acid that adds a potent antifungal effect for the fight especially against aflatoxin.
